How do I get to the apartment from Milan Bergamo Airport (Orio al Serio)?

Milan Bergamo Airport is about 5 km from the city and is connected to the centre by a very frequent shuttle bus service. From the bus station or the railway station take the ATB bus Line 1, which runs every ten minutes and goes to the lower station of the funicular; the funicular takes you up to Città Alta, the upper town. The apartment is at Via Colleoni 10, the main street of Città Alta.

Città Alta is a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Can I come by car?

Yes. Bergamo Alta Suite gives its guests a free ZTL permit, so you can reach the apartment by car. By car you arrive from the A4 Milan-Venice motorway, Bergamo exit, following the signs for Città Alta.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, luggage storage is available: you can drop your bags before check-in time or after check-out and still enjoy your day in the city.

How many guests can the apartment accommodate?

The apartment sleeps up to 9 guests. It is an independent space of about 200 sqm on two levels, with three bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a dishwasher.

How far is it from the centre of Città Alta?

The apartment is at Via Colleoni 10, on the main street of Città Alta itself: Piazza Vecchia is a few minutes away on foot, as are the Venetian Walls, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The whole historic centre is walkable.

Verificata Michaela’s place was a fantastic spot in the centre of Bergamo old town. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, with all the facilities you need. Lots of great restaurants near by. Michela was a fantastic host, great communication from booking and all through our stay. She helped us organise restaurant reservations and book taxis for our trips. We all had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again!

Verificata Michela's place has an amazing location, right in the heart of Citta Alta, only a couple of minutes walk from the central square, the tower, and the duomo. There is a grocery store a minute's walk away, and countless cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Nothing in Citta Alta is more than 10 minutes away. The apartment is surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and very stylish. It's a very pleasant space to be in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are surprisingly large as well.Being right in the middle of everything, one does hear pedestrians outside, but for us it quieted down almost entirely by 10:30 or 11.Michela met us on arrival and at checkout, and was extremely helpful, friendly, generous, and available. It's worth noting that the stairs up to the bedrooms are a narrow spiral staircase, which was somewhat difficult though doable for my older mother-in-law. (Fortunately there is a bathroom upstairs). We loved our time at Michela's place, and would highly recommend it!
